This Refund Policy describes when and how refunds are issued for Opsidrive subscriptions.
Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial, no credit card required. You will not be charged until the trial ends and you choose a plan.
Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable. You can cancel anytime and retain access until the end of your current billing period.
Annual plans may be eligible for a prorated refund within 14 days of the initial purchase. Contact support to request one.
Refunds you issue to your own clients are managed by you through your payment gateway. Opsidrive is not involved in your client billing.
