These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Opsidrive platform. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under it. You must provide accurate information and be at least 18 years old.
You agree not to use the platform for unlawful purposes, to send spam, or to infringe the rights of others. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
You may rebrand and resell the platform to your clients under your plan. You are responsible for your client relationships, billing and compliance with applicable laws. Opsidrive takes no commission on your client billing.
Plans are billed monthly or annually. Fees are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of your billing period.
Opsidrive retains all rights to the underlying platform. You retain rights to your brand assets and content. Your clients retain rights to their data.
We target 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors beyond our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Opsidrive is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior 12 months.
Either party may terminate with notice. On termination, you can export your data for 30 days, after which it may be deleted.
